Erin is amazing! I came to her after working for a few months on my own trying to lose some post-partum baby weight. I had hit a wall and wasn’t able to lose anymore weight on my own. She made plans specified to my goals, helped with meal planning and built killer workouts for me. I hit my goal weight after 2 months of being with her and I gained so much confidence back! My lifestyle changed forever, not just long enough to hit a goal, which is an amazing thing to have that I never would have gotten had I not worked with her. I worked with Erin in order to slim down & tone my muscles a year before my wedding. I went from 120lbs for my 5' frame to 102 lbs. I also toned my thighs, which have always been the bane of my existence, and my arms. I continue to work with her on and off when I hit plateaus in my fitness goals. She is a great motivator and very knowledgeable in her area. She can provide several different way of obtaining a person's fitness goals. As we all know there is more than one way to do something!

My goal was to lose a little weight and firm up the “dad bod” that started to form as got to my late 30’s when I joined Erin’s program in November 2019. Over the past several months, the habits we formed at the beginning have grown into a lifestyle that promotes physical fitness along with improved mental and emotional health. Many people in my life, including my physician, have made positive remarks about the progress I’ve made through this program. Erin does a great job designing a program that is consistent with where the client is in their journey. My first 4-week segment was a transition period from no fitness routine to a path towards the goals we set together. Subsequent segments become broader in scope, intensity, and rep counts to cultivate an upward trend of results. Erin keeps her clients focused through weekly phone sessions, collaborative communication on Social Media with other clients, and encouraging messages at various times during the week. I find her to be extremely responsive and flexible to my busy schedule. Erin brings a great deal of enthusiasm to her work as a personal trainer. It is obvious she finds satisfaction in helping us achieve our goals and genuinely cares about us as people on our fitness journey.
